Agreement to Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Azora: Dream & Insights mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Azora is a lifestyle and self-discovery application that provides tools for dream recording, interpretation, and reflection. The App includes features such as:
- Dream journal and recording tools
- Dream interpretation and analysis
- Compatibility calculations
- Tarot and personalized readings
- Pattern tracking and insights
User Accounts
To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Use automated systems to access the App
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PL-CON LTD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
User Content
You retain ownership of the dream content and personal information you input into the App. By using the App, you grant us a license to use this content solely to provide and improve our services.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to any content you upload and that such content does not violate any third-party rights.
Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features require a subscription or one-time purchase. By subscribing:
- You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription tier
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- All purchases are final and processed through Apple App Store
- Prices are subject to change with notice
Cancellation must be done through your Apple ID settings.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PL-CON LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PL-CON LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PL-CON LTD, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
